CB77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CB77 ("CB77", "we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the CB77 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms apply to all CB77 services including sports betting, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, the game lobby and any mobile applications or Progressive Web Apps provided by CB77. The platform operates in PKR and is designed for adult users in Pakistan.

CB77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will display a notification within the platform. Continued use of CB77 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

CB77 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. To open an account and use any CB77 service, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the person named in the account registration details.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or have an active exclusion request with CB77.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of a third party.

CB77 may request age and identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. We take our 18+ policy seriously and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one CB77 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

• Username and password are your responsibility. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone.
• You must notify CB77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• CB77 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone. Treat any such request as fraudulent.
• Account details including registered name, date of birth and national ID cannot be changed after verification is completed, except in exceptional circumstances with supporting documentation.

CB77 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on CB77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods and minimum/maximum amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your CB77 balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. CB77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or mobile wallet providers. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact CB77 support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. CB77 may request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed on balances connected to bonus funds.
• CB77 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same account will require additional verification.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

CB77 provides sports betting markets, live casino games and slot games as entertainment services. The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Once a sports bet is confirmed and odds accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in specific circumstances such as event postponement or cancellation, in which case CB77 will settle according to its standard settlement rules.
• CB77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of betting, where technical errors affected the odds displayed, or where evidence of match manipulation is identified.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within the relevant section of the platform before you confirm a bet or game round.
• Live casino games and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from their respective providers. CB77 does not modify game outcomes in any way.
• Placing bets using automated tools, bots or scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• PSL and other cricket markets follow standard settlement rules based on official results as declared by the relevant cricket board. In-play bets are settled on the final result unless otherwise stated.

CB77 sports betting covers PSL, T20 international cricket, Pakistan national team bilateral series, ICC tournaments, major football leagues and Esports events. Market availability varies by event and season. CB77 reserves the right to withdraw markets or suspend betting at any time without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

CB77 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all CB77 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if requirements are not met in time.
• CB77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players with active bonus funds at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable period to meet any outstanding requirements.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CB77. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one CB77 account per individual.
• Using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets without human interaction.
• Engaging in money laundering or using CB77 to transfer funds for any illicit purpose.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other game format where player interaction is possible.
• Abusing the CB77 bonus system through coordinated multi-account play or deliberate exploitation of promotion structures.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or CB77 administrative systems without authorisation.
• Sharing your account with other people or allowing others to place bets on your behalf.

CB77 uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Players who have been previously suspended for rule violations are not eligible to re-register on the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

CB77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or abusive purposes.
• Verification documents provided are found to be false, altered or unacceptable.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CB77 support.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to CB77, other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, CB77 will conduct its review as promptly as reasonably possible. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also voluntarily close their CB77 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

9 Privacy & Data

CB77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to CB77 collecting, storing and using your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and platform improvement.

• CB77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment details are handled securely and are not stored on CB77 servers beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
• CB77 may share data with payment providers, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud.

10 Limitation of Liability

CB77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous service and accurate odds and game data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors.

• CB77 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures or events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures or third-party system failures.
• CB77 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error. Such bets may be voided and restaked at the corrected odds.
• CB77 does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to meet wagering requirements or from misunderstanding of bonus terms.
• To the fullest extent permitted, CB77's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

CB77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to deal with stress or personal difficulties. The following tools and guidelines are available to all CB77 players:
